| Chicken Breasts | 2 |
| Chicken Stock | 1/4 Cup |
| Chili Sauce | 1-2 Tbsp. |
| Cornstarch | 2-3 tsp. |
| Hoisin Sauce | 1 Tbsp. |
| Pineapple Chunks | 1-2 Cups |
| Pineapple Juice | 3 Tbsp. |
Preparation:
1. Mix the liquids and cornstarch together in a bowl and set aside.
2. Cut chicken into chunks and fry in a small amount of oil until about 80 % cooked, then add the pineapples and stirfry for about a minute before adding the sauce. Continue to cook until the sauce thickens. If you prefer a clear sauce it is best to cook the sauce in a separate pan and add to the chicken when serving.
