| All-purpose flour | 2 1/4 cups |
| Butterscotch chips/morsels | 3/4 cup |
| Chocolate chips | 1 1/4 cups |
| Vanilla Extract | 1.5 tsp. |

| butter | 1 cup, softened |

1. Cream the butter and sugar then add both the eggs and the vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients (except the chips) in a separate bowl. Add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture a bit at a time to blend well. Add the chips and mix until thoroughly blended.
2. Preheat the oven to 350F. Drop about a tablespoon of dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Continue to drop cookie dough onto the sheet about two inches apart from eachother. Bake for 8 minutes or until the surface of the cookie bounces back from light touch.
