Ingredients
Black Pepper1 pinch
Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 cup
Fresh Coriander Leaves6 - 7 sprigs
Garlic2 cloves
Salt1 pinch

Cooking Instructions
Preparation:

Finely chop garlic, fresh coriander leaves and mix with a cup of extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.

Drizzle over slices of crusty white bread, toasts


Other serving ideas:
- Top with pieces of smoked salmon, mayonnaise and finely chopped chives
- Top with sprinkle of finely chopped ham
- Top with finely chopped tomatoes and a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese
