This dish is very simple and quick to make. It is delicious and goes well with rice.
Serve with egg fried rice to create a really delicious vegetarian meal.

| Broccoli | 6 - 7 |
| Corn Flour | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Garlic | 2 cloves |
| Salt | 1 pinch |
| Vegetable Oil | 1 tablespoon |
Preparation:
1. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic into small pieces
2. Mix half a teaspoon of Corn Flour with water in a small bowl
3. Heat up a tablespoon of vegetable oil and gently fry the broccoli and garlic pieces for a minute or so on medium heat
4. Add the corn flour solution to the pan. Add more water if necessary so the solution covers bottom of the pan and about half of broccoli's body is submerged in the solution.
5. Bring solution to the simmer and turn down to low heat. The solution will be reduced down gradually. Stir regularly.
6. Cook on low heat for about 5 - 6 minutes until the solution has been reduced down to a slightly thick sauce.
7. Serve with rice while hot
