In the main eatery, you’ll find the mouth-watering concoctions from creative master chef Stephane Gasciolli, whose cleverly realized menu offers authentic morrocan fare and a healthy helping of creative French dishes to add to the exotism. Don’t forget to give the wine list a thorough read, it offers a fine selection from European vienyards and, of course, some of Spain’s most delectable offerings, and the best Champagnes.
In 2008, El Ayoun celebrated its 10th anniversary. To mark this event it created the Club Sushi where the culinary layers and variety are further developped by the choicest delicacies from Japan and Vietnam. Even for the greatest connoiseur of sushi and sashimi, the offerings from the Club Sushi are sure to impress and delight.
El Ayoun is not all about the food, rather it an entire experience of decadent flavours to appeal to every sense. You can also enjoy your dinner in the garden, perhaps as a prelude to finding their way to the bar, Privado. Here the music is in the hands of Angel Cielo, one of the island’s best, and in Privado the ambiance seems a natural extension of the entire evening.
