L'Artichaut opened in September 2009.It is the newest Vegetarin restaurant in town and an unlikely marriage betwen two very oposite style and culture; French/Vegetarian!
Stituated in the vew town off Dundas street, it is very much a neighborhood, family run restaurant with warm wooden Tim Stead furniture and, soft carpets.
The menu is divided in three sections, the menu of the day, the ripe time menu, featuring the best seasonal product this week, and the ever changing seasonal menu.
The wine list is entirely organic and vegetarian and vegan wines are only on offer.
The restaurant was accredited by the Vegetarian society 2 months only after opening and has alredy reeived great reviews.
Catriona the Manageress and Mark the chef are both passionate about the food and service and will really make you feel special.
